Description of service

We offer resume–job-description matching analysis, keyword insights, format-risk hints, and optional paid features. Outputs are informational aids only and do not constitute career, legal, or hiring guarantees.

Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. You represent that information you submit is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe others' rights.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid features are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing cycles, and entitlements are as shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize us or Stripe to charge you as described.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or security-compromising activity.
  • No unauthorized access to systems, other users' data, or infrastructure.
  • No abuse of APIs, automation, or resources that impairs service stability.

Intellectual property

The site, branding, UI, and underlying software are protected by applicable laws. Except as needed to use the service normally, you may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is." We do not warrant specific hiring outcomes or perfect alignment with every employer's internal ATS. Employers make final screening decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you only used free features).

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious violations. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., limitations, IP) will survive termination.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. For disputes arising from or relating to the service, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, subject to non-waivable consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.
