Refunds & cancellation policy

This policy covers digital subscriptions and online services for ATS Good Jobs. We do not sell physical products, so there is no merchandise to mail back. The sections below explain how to cancel, when refunds may apply, time limits, what you need to do, how long refunds take, and fees and shipping (where relevant).
What you are buying
Pro / Premium plans are recurring subscriptions. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can review renewal status and invoices through Stripe's customer portal or in-product links where available.
Cancellation (stop renewal)
You may cancel renewal at any time. After cancellation, you are typically not charged again at the end of the current billing period. Until that period ends, paid features usually remain available according to your account state. Cancellation does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current period; refunds follow the "Refunds" section below.
How to request a refund (steps you must take)
- Email atsgoodjobs@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use a clear subject line such as "Refund request". In the body, include: your account email, approximate charge date, plan (Pro / Premium), reason for the request, and any helpful details (e.g., screenshots or invoice references if available).
- We aim to respond within approximately 5 business days with a decision or a request for additional information.
When refunds may apply (and when they usually do not)
We may approve refunds (after verification) in situations including:
- Duplicate charges in the same billing period, clear billing errors, or reasonably evidenced unauthorized charges (you should also contact your card issuer per their process).
- Within 7 calendar days of your first successful paid charge, if you believe the service is materially different from what we describe and you have hardly used paid entitlements (e.g., little or no meaningful paid usage). We review these in good faith and may offer partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis.
We generally do not refund situations including:
- Fees for usage already consumed or premium outputs already delivered (e.g., multiple full analyses, generated AI content, expert resume review work already used or delivered).
- Subjective dissatisfaction after the 7-day window above, except where a duplicate charge, billing error, or unauthorized charge applies.
- Accounts restricted or terminated for violations of our terms.
Returns, shipping, and fees
Our product is delivered digitally. There is nothing to return by mail, and return shipping costs do not apply. We do not charge a restocking or return processing fee. Card networks or Stripe may have their own rules about fees on original transactions; any amounts that post to your account depend on your bank or card issuer timing and policies.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible. You should typically see the credit within 5–10 business days after approval, though banks may take longer in some cases.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to support before filing a payment dispute. Chargebacks may result in account suspension until resolved.
Price changes
We may change listed prices. Existing subscription terms usually govern the period you already paid for unless stated otherwise or required by law.
