  • Account details—such as your email address, processed through authentication providers (e.g., Supabase Auth).
  • Content you submit—resume text, job descriptions, and similar inputs needed to run matching, scoring, and suggestions in your session.
  • Usage & billing data—monthly analysis counts, subscription status, and related metadata to enforce free/paid limits and prevent abuse.
  • Technical data—browser type, coarse location if logged by infrastructure, cookies or similar identifiers for security, performance, and basic analytics.

How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve features (scores, keywords, etc.).
  • Process payments and subscriptions via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Customer support, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
  • If you enable AI features with your own API keys, those keys stay under your control—check your provider's terms.

Cookies & local storage

We may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in state, language preference, and essential session data. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may limit login or personalization.

Sharing & processors

We share information with service providers as needed to run the product, such as authentication/database hosting (e.g., Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and infrastructure vendors. They may only process data on our instructions and where required to deliver their service.

Retention & deletion

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

The service is intended for working adults. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). Contact us if you believe a child provided data.
